Welcome to Savexa. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Savexa mobile application and related services. By downloading, installing, or using Savexa, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Savexa, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2. Description of Service
Savexa is a personal finance and mindful-spending application that allows users to:
- Track income and expenses, tagged automatically as needs or wants
- Answer a short mindful check before logging optional "want" purchases
- Enable Strict Mode to require a mindful check on all non-essential spending
- View savings, calendar, and category breakdowns in an Insights dashboard
3. User Accounts
Savexa does not require users to create an account to use the app. All features can be accessed without registration or login, and all data you enter is stored locally on your device.
4. Not Financial or Banking Software
Savexa is a personal budgeting and reflection tool only. It does not connect to your bank, card issuer, or any financial institution, and it does not process, initiate, or move any money on your behalf. Amounts, categories, and entries are entered manually by you and are for your own reference. Always verify your actual account balances and transactions with your bank or card issuer.
5. User Responsibilities
When using Savexa, you agree to:
- Use the application only for lawful purposes
- Enter accurate information for your own financial tracking
- Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the application's functionality
- Not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the application
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Savexa, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of Savexa and are protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
Savexa is free to use for core income, expense, and savings tracking. Savexa Pro unlocks Strict Mode and other premium features, and is offered through the Apple App Store or Google Play at the following options:
- Yearly subscription — $29.99 / year
- Lifetime purchase — $49.99 one-time
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
- The Yearly subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the selected plan.
- You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase.
- The Lifetime option is a one-time, non-renewing purchase that grants permanent access to Pro features on your account.
Refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of the respective app stores (Apple App Store or Google Play), not by Savexa directly.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Savexa at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
9. Limitation of Liability
Savexa is a self-reflection and tracking tool, not financial or investment advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Savexa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the application or from financial decisions made using information shown in the app.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page. Your continued use of Savexa after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
